To apply for the scholarship you must be 18 or older by the start of the program. You must reside in one of the following counties; Stephens, Young, Eastland, Palo Pinto, Shackleford, or Throckmorton. You must have a High School diploma or a GED Certificate. Finally you must be enrolled or accepted into a 1-semester CNC Machining Certification Program at an approved institution.
