CTF Evals Engineer

AIKOCorp is a cyber-security x AI research lab solving some of the biggest unaddressed issues both as attackers and defenders.

We're looking for a CTF Evals Engineer to build KernelCTF-style environments that reveal where frontier models still fail. These evals focus on realistic exploit workflows beyond toy CTFs.

- Classic CTFs are saturated; we care about real exploit workflows - Design kernel/web/sandbox challenges with realistic bugs - Test failures like fake anchoring, shortest-path bias, and brittle debugging - Measure more than solve rate: steps, retries, tool use, hypothesis changes - Expertise in vuln research, exploit dev, systems security, or CTF infra - KernelCTF/kCTF, syzkaller, fuzzing, LLM agent evals, benchmark design is a bonus
