What is included in a pet visit?

Jannanimals provides in-home pet visits while you are away. Each visit lasts approximately 30 minutes and includes: 🦴 Food + water 🦮 Walks + exercise 😼 Pet waste cleanup 🎾 Lots of play + love 📲 Picture + text updates

What is your visit schedule?

You decide the best visit schedule for your pet(s) during your trip. Dog parents typically request a morning + evening visit for each day they are away, and sometimes an additional mid-day visit for puppies. Cat and bunny parents typically request one visit each day, or every other day, while they are away.

What is your service area?

Jannanimals serves clients in the north San Antonio area. Due to the ongoing construction along 1604, a 20% travel fee will be added for services that fall outside of a 6 mile radius from the Costco at UTSA (10/Vance Jackson).

What is your fee?

$25 per visit if paid in cash, or $30 per visit if paid via venmo (@jannanimals-pets). Please contact me directly for overnight / house + pet sitting rates.
Prices are subject to change.

What is the mandatory meet + greet?

For new clients: Services are requested by completing the Request Services 💕 form, but are not confirmed until an in-person meet + greet has been completed in advance of your trip. The purpose of the meet + greet is for me and your animals to get acquainted, to get familiar with their kingdom, and to go over your pet's unique needs and processes.

Can you board my pet at your place, or just stay overnight?

I signed a strict soul contract with my cat Voorhees that does not permit boarding in my home (cats, man 🤷🏻‍♀️).
Overnight pet services / house sitting is available on limited basis as overnight bookings tend to fill up quickly. Please contact me directly to discuss arrangements and fees.

NEW for 2025: Deposit to hold booking dates

To respect everyone’s time, a deposit policy is now in effect for all bookings beginning January 2025. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your dates. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your booking, or forfeited in the event of cancellation.
