Every weekend (for 4 weeks, sat and sun) 15 of you will come to [VENUE YET TO BE DECIDED] in bangalore. First week we'll learn all the fundamentals of cooking. The art of being in the kitchen and the science that goes behind every dish. From then on every weekend there will be a new chef who has mastery in a particular cuisine style.
After going through this – you will not be a cook, you'll be a chef! you'll not only be able to follow recipes but also create them from scratch. The aim is to empower you with all the knowledge you need for further experimentation. It'll cost 30k for all 4 weeks.
