We are building next-generation video and live-streaming infrastructure, enabling developers and businesses to integrate high-quality audio/video experiences seamlessly into their applications. As part of our growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our team in Surat.
Role Overview

As a Customer success engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our platform. You will work closely with clients to assist in onboarding, provide technical and coding support, resolve challenges, and build strong, long-term relationships. This role requires a blend of customer empathy, coding expertise, technical understanding, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
-> Guide customers through onboarding, integration, and adoption of our platform.
-> Maintain and manage customer data, interactions, and workflows using CRM tools. ->Troubleshoot and debug customer issues across multiple technical languages. -> Work with APIs, SDKs, and Postman to provide technical solutions. -> Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve escalated issues.
-> Develop training materials, FAQs, and technical documentation for customer enablement.
-> Track customer health, proactively address risks, and drive retention.
-> Collect customer feedback and share actionable insights with internal teams.
-> Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by promoting product value.

Requirements

-> 1 – 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or Solution Engineer.
-> Strong coding experience with multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, React, React Native, Python, or similar).
-> Proficiency in working with APIs, SDKs, and Postman.
-> Solid debugging and testing skills across technical environments.
-> Familiarity with monitoring/analytics tools (Grafana, Amplitude, or similar) is a plus.
-> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships.
-> Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers.
