By entering the Free Room Renovation Contest, you agree to the following terms: the prize covers labor only, while all materials must be provided by the customer. This includes items such as paint, flooring, tiles, fixtures, or any other materials required for the renovation. The renovation is limited to one room within a residential property and does not include structural modifications, major plumbing or electrical work, or any tasks requiring special permits. All materials must be delivered to the site prior to the start date, which will be scheduled based on mutual availability and must take place within 60 days of the winner announcement unless otherwise agreed. The customer assumes responsibility for the quality, availability, and delivery of all materials. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the project in the event of material delays or if the conditions of the agreement are not met. By participating, you also grant us permission to take and use photos or videos of the renovation process and final results for promotional purposes. No cash equivalent or substitutions will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable. The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries. To qualify, participants must be legal residents of New York or New Jersey, LIKE AND follow our page, tag three friends in a comment under the giveaway post, and share the giveaway to their story. The total value of the labor provided will not exceed $4,999. We reserve the right to verify compliance with the rules before confirming the winner.
