💼 Founding Member - Engineering

We are building the future of business planning with a no-code platform powered by the magic of data analytics and AI. Currently, we are in stealth mode. We are looking for a founding full stack engineer. You will be one of the early engineers in the company and will play a crucial role in shaping our platform as well as the engineering team.

For now, the CTC will be ₹15 LPA with a meaningful equity range of 0.5–1.5%. This is a significant early ownership stake, reflecting the value of your contributions at this stage. It will be a full-time role. After 6 months, compensation will be revised to market-level pay, and you will continue to hold your equity as an early builder at Oculon.
