OCYM Membership Form

This form is designed to collect the necessary details to process your membership to the OCYM Unit of the St. Thomas Indian Orthodox Church, Germany and to help us keep you connected with the activities and updates of the OCYM community.

Note: As per the constitution of the Orthodox Christian Youth Movement (Clause II.A.), the members of the St. Thomas Indian Orthodox Church aged between 15 and 45 years are eligible to take membership in the OCYM Unit.

As part of our Student Ministry, students who are currently unable to take the Parish membership can still take the OCYM Membership and remain a part of the unit by participating in the activities of the OCYM at the unit level. However, they will not be eligible to be elected as an Office Bearer or cast a vote unless they take membership in the Parish.

Membership Fee Agreement

I agree to pay the voluntary annual OCYM membership fee of €12 as part of my commitment to OCYM. (Please note: this is NOT the Parish Membership Fee). I understand that this contribution supports the activities and initiatives of the organization.

Consent to data processing

I agree that the data collected will be used by the OCYM Unit of St. Thomas Indian Orthodox Church, Germany for the purposes of managing my OCYM membership, in accordance with the GDPR guidelines. I understand that my data will be securely stored and only used for official OCYM purposes like sending updates on events & services. I am aware that I have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of my personal data at any time by contacting the OCYM administration.

I agree that pictures/videos of me and/or my companions at the Holy Qurbana can be taken and may be used for informational purposes related to the church, including but not limited to the church's website and social media platforms. If I/they do not want to appear in the photos/videos, I/they can either go out of focus (e.g.: in group photos) or withdraw my/their consent at any time by contacting the Parish.
