Sales Development Representative (SDR) Position

As a Crosstempo Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are on the frontlines of lead generation and client acquisition, helping businesses achieve transformative growth through our Next-generation marketing solutions.


Your primary day-to-day activities include prospecting potential clients through cold outreach, scheduling remote appointments, and setting the stage for closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: - Engage in cold outreach to identify and connect with potential clients. - Schedule and confirm sales appointments, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team. 2. Inbox Organization and Management: - Sort and clean email inboxes, removing irrelevant content, tagging leads, and setting up filters and automation. - Oversee inbox communication to ensure timely and effective engagement with prospects. 3. Pipeline and Lead Management: - Nurture leads by following up consistently, overcoming objections, and coordinating meeting schedules. - Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient lead pipeline. 4. Data Reporting and Analysis: - Input campaign data accurately and format reporting documents for clarity. - Review and interpret performance metrics to uncover insights for improving campaigns. 5. Campaign Optimization and Troubleshooting: - Monitor campaign performance to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. - Implement solutions to optimize results and consistently meet or exceed weekly KPIs. 6. Client Engagement: - Build strong initial connections with prospects to establish trust and interest in our solutions. - Work closely with internal teams to support the client journey and ensure satisfaction.

Pay:

Uncapped commission-based sales (Average commission per sale between $1000 - $2500)

• Our standard is 7 sales/month (Per SDR).

• Volume bonuses are available.

• Six-figure annual income expected but in no way guaranteed.

• 1099-contractor.

Qualifications

Preferred Background: - Demonstrated experience in lead management, campaign troubleshooting, or similar roles. - Familiarity with marketing, SaaS, or sales processes is highly valued.
