By submitting materials, you agree to the following terms: 1. Grant of Rights By submitting photos, interview responses, and any additional materials (collectively, “Submitted Content”) to Pride Press, you grant Pride Press and its affiliates the non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to: ● Publish, distribute, modify, reproduce, and publicly display the Submitted Content in print and digital versions of the Magazine. ● Use the Submitted Content for marketing and promotional purposes across social media, websites, and other media platforms. ● Store and archive the Submitted Content for future reference and possible re-publication. 2. Consent and Release By submitting your materials, you acknowledge and confirm that: ● You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18. ● You have the legal right to submit the photos and responses provided. ● You grant Pride Press permission to edit, adapt, and format your Submitted Content as necessary. ● You understand that your name, pronouns, images, and responses may be made publicly accessible. ● You waive any claims of compensation, royalties, or future payment related to the publication of your Submitted Content. Liability and Indemnification ● Pride Press is not responsible for any third-party use of your Submitted Content after publication. ● You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pride Press from any claims arising from your submission. 7.
