Position Overview

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have a strong eye for design, enjoy solving visual problems, and can communicate ideas clearly across digital platforms, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Graphic Designer at Headline, you’ll collaborate with our marketing, content, and strategy teams to produce high-quality design assets across a wide range of mediums- from performance ads and social graphics to pitch decks and internal documents. You’ll be expected to bring consistency, polish, and brand alignment to everything you create.

Key Responsibilities

● Design digital marketing assets including social media posts, banners, and ads.
● Create and iterate on pitch decks, presentations, and case studies.
● Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to interpret briefs and translate ideas into visuals.
Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and reflect high-quality standards.
Maintain and organize design systems and templates in Figma or Google Slides.
Propose creative concepts and new design ideas proactively.
● Use AI tools (when relevant) to speed up concepting, mockups, and layout iterations.
Support ad-hoc design needs across the company (internal docs, one-pagers, etc.).

Qualifications

● 2–4 years of experience in a similar graphic design role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (branding, digital ads, decks, etc.).
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
● Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
Experience creating assets for performance marketing or fast-paced campaigns is a plus.
● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience using or interest in AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, ChatGPT, Figma plugins like Magician).
Great communication skills and willingness to give/receive feedback.
