Alchemy 2024 Disabilities Services Form

Hi, we are so happy to have y'all at this year as we aim to make this burn accessible!
To better serve you, we'd like to address some frequently asked questions (FAQs) and offer some additional information. Please fill out the request form after the FAQs to let us know how we can help you!
Will there be Shuttles? Good news there will be shuttles for all!
High traffic times like effigy burn down may require advance planning. If you have a specific event you are trying to get to besides temple and effigy burn, you can request anyone with a radio to make a call to see if shuttle pickups are available at your location.
You can request a sticker from disability services if you would like shuttles to swing by when they are not busy and ask if anyone needs a lift. We will also have flags for calling the attention of the shuttles available at the Information Station.
Will there be onsite refrigeration for my medicine? Alchemy Burn cannot legally help store any medications under any circumstances including insulin. There are members of the community who are very passionate about finding solutions for insulin. We recommend you post in the Alchemy Facebook group for resources or mutual aid.
Can I bring my own mode of transportation? If you are bringing your own golf cart or motorized transport, please complete the DMV Registration form.
Can I car camp to run my vehicle's air conditioner when it is hot outside? We cannot accommodate having cars that are kept in camps for air conditioning purposes due to the risk of Co2 poisoning to other campers.
Are there accessible camping locations? For placement we have some accessible camping spots in both central and quiet parts of the burn. The central location is not quiet and the quiet location is not central.
