On which blockchain must my token be issued?

Your token must be issued on the Algorand Blockchain.

Who can fill out this form?

This form is exclusively for individuals who have issued a token on the Algorand blockchain. You must be the token owner (or a legal representative of the company/project issuing the token) and possess ownership of the Algorand wallet address used to issue the token.

How long does it take to add my token?

It may take up to 10 working days to process your application. For assistance, feel free to reach out to [email protected].

Who will be able to use my token?

The token will be available for everyone to trade on EXA Market, as long as the creator of the NFTs involved has opted-in to the token. Creators can opt-in tokens in their settings by logging in with their creator address. Why so? Because it is up to the creators to decide which tokens they want their NFTs to be listed with. Also, if they do not opt-in the ASA, they would not be able to receive their royalties when a sale occurs. Also, let's say that overtime with have 100+ ASAs supported as currency on EXA. Not all creators would want to receive any ASA as royalty. That's why we give them full control to decide.

How much does it cost to add my token and how long does it last?

A unique service fee of $249 USDC is required to add your token, which grants permanent adding of your token unless you choose to remove it. This fee helps support ongoing development and maintenance of the feature. This amount is to be sent to communitytokens.examarket.algo. There is no time limit for adding your token; the addition is lifetime.

What does the service fee include?

The service fee includes: - Your token will be added to the marketplace, where it will be public and available for NFT transactions. - An announcement in our Telegram channel. - A post on Twitter to promote our partnership, including a short presentation of your token - A post on Twitter to promote NFTs listed on our platform using your token (this promotion must occur during the first 14 days, it's up to you to encourage people to list within this timeframe). - A mention in our monthly newsletter. - A mention in our blog center (when launched).

Do I need to apply separately for each project?

Yes, each token requires its own application.

Are there any legal requirements for adding my token?

Yes, your token must meet specific criteria to be listed on exa.market, including: - being an unregulated cryptographic utility token,
- complying with anti-money laundering regulations, - not being subject to any governmental authority approval.

Is there a retraction period?

Upon submitting your application, we'll promptly review it and engage in further discussion with you. Before finalizing the agreement and adding your token to our marketplace, you retain the option to retract your application, and we will issue a refund accordingly.
However, once your token is successfully integrated into our marketplace and the agreement is executed, the option for a refund is no longer available.

How can I remove my token from exa.market?

Simply reach out to [email protected], and our team will promptly initiate the removal process. It's important to note that once your token has been added to the marketplace, refunds are not possible. Also, removal are permanent. Once removed, a new application will be necessary to get your token back onto the marketplace.
Please make sure you provide a correct email address to facilitate communication regarding your application.
