RightMessage Done For You Segmentation Intake

For us to work our magic, you need to have an active RightMessage account. We'll apply two months worth of credit to your account once your segmentation survey is up and running.

Here's what happens next:

Once we've had a chance to review your intake (usually <24 hours), we'll be in touch with any follow-up questions and to give you an idea of our timing.
We're typically able to turn these around within about a week of receiving this intake, but we'll give you an idea of when the draft segmentation survey will be ready once we get in touch.
From there, we'll research as much as we can about your brand and your audience and create a preliminary segmentation strategy.
We'll load all of this into your RightMessage account, and record an overview video of the survey, how we've set it up, the rationale behind the questions we're asking, and more.
Once you've had a chance to review the draft survey and our video, you'll let us know what, if any, amends you'd like to make. And after you've completed this round of amends, we'll update the segmentation survey accordingly.
While that's going on, we'll work either with your or your "web person" to get everything set up on your website.
This might be as straight forward as adding our tracking script to your website's header, but depending on what you're looking to achieve could involve us directing your team to build out a new confirmation survey page that will house the RightMessage survey.
Finally, once your website is prepared and the survey is complete, we'll then map the data RightMessage collects into your email marketing platform. This way your new subscribers will be segmented. Then it's just a matter of clicking "Publish to website" in RightMessage – and that's it!
Once you're up and running, we'll record a handoff video that shows you how you can refine and improve your segmentation survey over time. We'll also provide some ideas and best-practices on how to leverage that data you're collecting to increase conversions.
And about a month after you've gone live, we'll review your account's data and reach out with ideas on how you can improve overall performance.
