FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How does the program work?

It's a collaborative process; we’ll meet once a week to discuss your goals and how we can set a path to move forward.
We’ll tackle different areas depending on your trajectory (e.g., goal definition, time management, introspection, meditation, setting a daily structure).

Is it really free?

Yes, you won't pay anything, all I ask is for your review. That being said, if you are satisfied with the service and want us to continue working together after the 6 weeks, then we can explore that.

Are you like a therapist but for productivity?

While we may explore the emotional aspect of some challenges, my services cannot replace professional counseling.
Our focus won’t be addressing trauma, anxiety, or any medical diagnosis requiring professional assistance.

What's your background?

I have a background in engineering but struggled throughout university and adulthood. I felt like something was missing from the resources out there.

I’ve been trying to understand why we struggle to turn the knowledge we acquire through reading and watching videos into action.

What started as a personal journey with the occasional, deep conversations with friends and family has evolved into helping others bridge the gap between what they learn and how to actually apply it in their lives, which has been my focus for the past couple of years

How long does the program last?

We’ll meet once a week for 6 weeks. After that, you can choose to keep working together or stop there. It’s completely up to you!

How long does a session last?

One session can last from 45 minutes to one and a half hours.
I usually end the session when the conversation naturally comes to a close. That allows us to create some flexibility and not stay constrained to the usual 45-minute sessions.

Are the sessions private?

Our sessions are private but may be subject to certain exceptions; you can read more about them in the disclaimers, terms, and conditions here.

Medium of communication?

We can use Google Chat or Discord; we can have our sessions via voice calls or chat messages.
You can choose whatever mode feels the most comfortable for you.

What can I expect in our first session?

We will go through some disclaimers, then we’ll talk about your goals in a general context and explore your motivation and the environment you’re in.

What's the satisfaction rate of the program?

All participants who completed the program left 5-star reviews. However, since those who drop out don’t have the chance to provide feedback, I conservatively assign them the lowest rating (1 star) to be cautious.

The only exception to this is if I have to terminate the program with a participant for not respecting the guidelines outlined in the service agreement. Terminated participants are not counted in the overall rating calculation.
As a result, the average satisfaction rating is 4.5 stars.

What's the success rate of the program?

The minimum criteria to consider that someone made progress is reaching at least 50% of the total goals set across the entire 6-week program.

This isn’t about hitting 50% every single week; it’s about the overall volume. For example, someone might hit 100% of their goals for 3 weeks and much less in others. These are rough, conservative estimates meant to reflect meaningful engagement.

More than 70% of participants have met this criteria.

What's your coaching style?

Each coaching style resonates differently with individuals, as it's deeply shaped by the coach's values. My approach emphasizes authenticity and directness.

What's the level of productivity that your services offer?

My scope of work mainly focuses on people who struggle with being productive, which means that we usually cover the basics, and it usually provides positive results for people.

I do work with high performers from time to time, and our focus there isn't on reinventing the wheel but more on refining and structuring their day a little bit better.

Do your services include team management?

Not directly, most of my work is one-on-one. That said, if you're in a leadership position, I can help you reflect on how you manage your time, energy, and approach to leadership.

But if you're looking for hands-on team management strategies or organizational consulting, this may not be the best fit.

I'm a creative person. Is this program a good fit for me?

Yes, it can be, especially if you struggle with things like structure, follow-through, or balancing creativity with discipline. While I won’t tell you how to make your art, I can help you build systems and habits that support your creative work and help you actually finish things.

I’ve been drawing and doing graphic design since I was a kid, so I’m not a complete stranger to the creative process or its ups and downs.

Will this program really solve my productivity problems?

It won’t solve everything or work perfectly for everyone. My goal is to help you be more effective than if you tried to figure it out alone. Change is slow and sometimes boring, and habits take time to build. Some people have been pleasantly surprised by what the program offered, while others were disappointed. Expectations matter and will affect your motivation, so coming in with an open mind will help you get the most out of it.

Why can't people with ADHD apply?

Unfortunately, the program hasn’t been the best fit for people with ADHD and doesn’t provide the support they need. Because of that, I can't ethically accept ADHD applicants.

Is this program suitable if I have anxiety, depression, or another clinical diagnosis?

If you have a clinical diagnosis and are already working with a therapist or psychiatrist, this program likely won’t be the right fit. Previous participants with diagnoses like anxiety or depression often left the program early, as it didn’t offer what they were looking for.

I'm worried about my English proficiency. Can I still apply to the program?

No worries, English isn't my first language either, so I get the hesitation. As long as you can get your meaning across, you're just as eligible as any other applicant.

How will I give the review?

I'll send you a link to a form at the end of the program where you'll provide a written review and your rating of the service.
You'll also select how you want your name to be displayed if your review gets picked (Full name, initials only, etc).
Providing a picture is optional.

Any terms or conditions I should be aware of?

Absolutely, you can find a copy of the disclaimers, terms, and conditions for the 6-week program here.

What if I want to work with you directly without going through the program?

Absolutely! You can skip the program and work with me one-on-one right away,
There is no review and no waitlist. I also offer different pricing options so you can choose what works best for you, plus you can try it for free for the first 3 weeks.
Just let me know by contacting me here or by emailing me at [email protected].
