BrainBird: do what works for brain health

What really works for brain health? And how can I put it into practice? These are questions I wanted to answer - with my parents starting to struggle with memory and my own sense of overwhelm as a business owner and mum of 2, I wanted the latest research on how to look after my brain and mental health boiled down into straightforward actionable advice - and then a little nudge (alright an almighty shove!) to actually adopt those simple habits.
