Women’s health journeys are deeply personal, and often invisible at work. From reproductive challenges to menopause, caregiving responsibilities to burnout, many women leave the workforce not because they want to, but because the support they need isn’t there. This survey is part of a larger effort by Humm Care to understand what’s missing in current workplace benefits and what women need at different ages and stages of life to stay healthy, supported, and empowered in their careers.
