Call for Speakers and Topics

As we prepare for the jump.global Annual Summit — taking place November 9-11 in Los Angeles — we're excited to invite you to submit a speaker, panel, workshop, or fully developed presentation for consideration! This multi-day event is designed to offer real tools and powerful conversations for music business professionals — the executives, entrepreneurs, and behind-the-scenes leaders who keep the industry moving. We're NOT programming for artists or performers; we're here to support the people who build, manage, and evolve the business itself.

Throughout the event, music business professionals, executives and accredited coaches will engage in candid conversations on topics such as mental health, wellness, leadership, financial literacy, communication, personal identity, and more. True to our ethos, Summit badges feature only your first and last name — no titles or company affiliations — creating an atmosphere of shared experience and equal footing.

Please take a few minutes to review everything below before starting your submission. This form may not save your progress if you navigate away, so we recommend completing it in one sitting. For an easier experience, consider copying the questions into a Google Doc to draft your responses before submitting.

Please read and consider the following:

This event is not your typical music industry event. This is a leadership, growth, and development retreat. So before you fill out this form, please review the Summit site (HERE) and make sure you will be a good addition to the program.
Submissions focused on industry-driven speaker profiles or topics such as streaming, AI, distribution, or marketing will NOT be considered. Additionally, sales-oriented presentations will be automatically disqualified.
Every session is designed to offer a well-rounded view, giving the audience a clear understanding of all sides of the issue and creating space for them to share their own perspectives. We’re committed to diversity in every conversation — across gender, race, age, region, expertise, and perspective. If a panel or workshop proposal doesn’t meet that bar, we may introduce additional voices to ensure a fuller, more representative dialogue.
Our attendees span from C-suite music executives to VPs, Directors, senior managers, entrepreneurs — and everywhere in between. They come to this event to learn, be inspired, get vulnerable, and walk away with resources they’ll carry for years to come. While many hold high-powered roles at major labels, manage global talent, or lead teams in music distribution, at this Summit they set aside titles and company names to be fully present with their peers, exploring their own paths of personal and professional growth.
Attendees often say it’s their connection with other people that bring them back year after year — so the more your panel or workshop can create authentic connections in the audience and speak to the personal, the more lasting your impact will be.
We do not pay per diem or honoraria, or provide travel expenses or hotel accommodations for those chosen to speak. Speakers will get a free badge to attend. We ask that our speakers support us and attend as much of the event as possible.

Deadline
