Strategic Technical Enablement & Training - Design and deliver advanced technical enablement programs, including onboarding, in-depth workshops, and continuous training tailored to the needs of experienced partners.
- Mentor and train partner technical teams on Abacum’s architecture, product capabilities, and best practices for complex CPM/EPM implementations and integrations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, enablement materials, and product resources for partner organizations.
Product Marketing & Demo Environment Leadership
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to define technical product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for partners.
- Own the creation, management, and optimization of demo environments and proof-of-concept instances to demonstrate Abacum’s value in partner-led sales cycles.
- Deliver advanced product demonstrations and technical presentations to partner teams and their prospects.
Senior Partner Support & Solution Consulting
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point for partner organizations, providing expert troubleshooting, solution design, and technical validation.
- Guide partners through complex solution architecture, integration planning, and technical scoping during pre-sales and implementation phases.
- Lead partner support in responding to RFI/RFPs, aligning technical requirements with Abacum’s CPM/EPM solutions, and addressing technical objections.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with Partner Managers, Product, Solutions, and Customer Success leadership to ensure partner enablement aligns with strategic go-to-market initiatives and product evolution.
- Gather and advocate partner feedback on technical challenges and opportunities, influencing product development and process improvements.
