Skill Shikshya, an innovative and hands-on IT training school, is seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous QA Mentor to join our team. In this role, you will guide students through the entire learning journey in the field of Quality Assurance (QA), helping them develop essential skills and knowledge to get them placed in the industry.

📍 Job Details

👨‍🏫 Role: Part-Time QA Mentor

🕒 Schedule: 2 Hours/Day · 5 Days a Week

📅 Duration: 2.5 to 3 Months

🕘 Shift: Day Shift (2-4 PM) / (4-6 PM)

📍 Mode: Offline Class / Onsite

💼 Key Responsibilities

◎ Deliver dynamic training sessions covering both Manual Testing and Automation Testing methodologies.

◎ Teach core QA principles with hands-on applications in Python and JavaScript for automation scripting.

◎ Mentor students in industry-standard tools like Selenium (Python), Postman (JS), Cypress (JS), and other relevant QA technologies.

◎ Train learners in test case design, bug reporting, and real-world testing scenarios to build practical expertise.

◎ Provide detailed code/project reviews and constructive feedback to foster growth.

◎ Assist students with interview readiness, resume building, and portfolio development for career success.

✅ Requirements

◎ 2+ years of practical QA experience, including both manual and automation testing.

◎ Proficiency in Python & JavaScript for test automation, with hands-on tool integration.

◎ Experience with industry tools like Selenium (python), Postman, JIRA, Cypress, and Git.

◎ Clear, patient communicator who can break down complex QA concepts effectively.

◎ Teaching/mentoring experience is a plus, but a passion for guiding learners is essential!
