We're looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to help shape the future of Mindsera by developing new features across our web and mobile applications. You’ll be joining a small, fast-moving team where you can ship quickly, see the real impact of your work, and help improve people’s lives at scale.

What's important: - 4+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack products - Fluency in React, TypeScript, and backend development (bonus points for experience with React Native and Expo).

- Strong product intuition with the ability to make sound technical decisions, balancing when to move fast and when to invest in long-term foundations.

Details: - Part-time to full-time - Pay based on experience - Remote and partly async

You'll be working on:

- Building and maintaining features across web (React) and mobile (React Native) apps

- Collaborating with design and product to deliver fast, delightful user experiences

- Contributing to backend APIs and data models (Node/Express/Prisma)

- Owning the full development lifecycle: planning → implementation → launch → iteration

- Helping shape our technical direction, engineering culture, and product strategy

- Bonus: Experience building AI-native products or integrating AI into existing software
