💡The CCRI Twinning Programme has a topical focus, where pairs of cities collaborate around a particular circular economy topic to ensure targeted and actionable exchanges. Therefore, it is essential to clearly define the topic you wish to explore with a twin. This could involve a sector, value chain, policy lever, theme, specific challenge or solution, or a combination of these.
