- Attend Board of Directors meetings quarterly, attend Executive Board meetings bi-weekly or as needed, host team meetings bi-weekly or as needed, and host or attend meetings as needed during event planning.- Attend Advisory board meetings quarterly, and host All-Hands/Community meetings bi-annually.
- Present progress reports to present during Board of Directors meetings, and report updates to E-board during E-board meetings.
- Design and implement community-building initiatives.
- Coordinate program meetings and track progress.
- Work with the outreach coordinator to engage new members.
- Organize meetings with other teams (i.e. Operations, Marketing, Finance) to align planning strategies.
- Ensure program/event details are updated and communicated with the Operations team.
- Lead monthly reviews to assess program effectiveness.
- Create necessary training materials and set guidelines and expectations for the team.
- Collaborate with other E-board members to create and update the organization’s policies, organizational structure, handbooks, and other materials.
