We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Cost Engineering to lead the cost engineering track for the machining category. The ideal candidate will possess experience in both high-precision(CNC milling, turning, grinding, EDM, Swiss machining) and low-precision machining processes (casting finishing, drilling, boring, general purpose milling/turning). This senior-level role will oversee the machining costing module's development, calibration, and automation to drive its accuracy and efficiency. The candidate should understand the cost estimation methodologies and calculations for the machining category, macro and micro economic factors, and supply chain dynamics impacting the machining industry.
