Membership Freeze

This is not a membership cancellation request.

Members may freeze their membership for up to 6 weeks each calendar year.
Freeze requests require 5 business days to process with our billing vendor. If a payment is made during that time period, it will be held as a credit on the account for when the freeze is lifted.
Upon expiration of the freeze, your normal billing will automatically resume.
