1. Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Redis, and GraphQLâany hands-on experience, even from projects or internships, is a big plus.
2. Basic understanding of APIs or modern web frameworks.
3. Keen interest in keeping up with the latest tech trends and a willingness to learn and adopt new tools and practices.
4. Some exposure to database technologies, both relational and NoSQL (MongoDB is a bonus).
5. Any experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, GCP, etc., is a nice-to-have but not required.
6. Familiarity with Git and version control methods.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
