📈 Business Development Associate

You'll be the go-to person representing featureOS, showcasing our product and building connections with potential customers. Your main focus will be on generating leads and nurturing relationships. Plus, you’ll work closely with our content and customer success teams to hit key milestones together.

What we're looking for

1. 0-1 years experience in a sales role, within the SaaS industry.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to develop & maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.

4. Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.

5. Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.

6. Ability to host engaging product demos and create sales decks.

👩🏻‍💻 Junior Backend Developer

This role is for you when you have a few months in hand to learn something new from some of the best in the industry, if you are passionate about doing great backend engineering, API services, and many other such challenges. You will be working with people across our product group, and build for some of the most unique experiences our users can have.

What we're looking for

1. Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Redis, and GraphQL—any hands-on experience, even from projects or internships, is a big plus.

2. Basic understanding of APIs or modern web frameworks.

3. Keen interest in keeping up with the latest tech trends and a willingness to learn and adopt new tools and practices.

4. Some exposure to database technologies, both relational and NoSQL (MongoDB is a bonus).

5. Any experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, GCP, etc., is a nice-to-have but not required.

6. Familiarity with Git and version control methods.

7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

8. Good communication and kind in communicating with other people (written and oral).
