What is The SHIFT Experience?The SHIFT Experience is a transformative, six-session guided meditation program specifically designed for tech professionals feeling stressed out, disconnected, overwhelmed, or burnt out. This immersive journey combines meditative practices with self-reflective exercises to cultivate calm, clarity, and self-empowerment.

Program Structure
The SHIFT Experience takes place over three weekly, two one-hour sessions per week, each designed to create lasting change through relaxation, self-reflection, journaling and inner clarity.
Session 1: Connecting to Your Inner VoiceBegin the journey by tuning into the thoughts & feelings that have been waiting to bubble up from within your heart. And begin our process of connecting you to the Still Small Voice, by listening from within for what it has to tell you.
Session 2: Releasing What No Longer Serves YouGain clarify what is no longer serving you, and what you need to let go of, Identify the habits and beliefs holding you back to create the space for new opportunities & experiences.
Session 3: Reclaiming Your EnergyUncover the energetic obligations you have in your life to other people, situations & things and release those that drain your energy to free you up to prioritize the commitments you have to your own goals & aspirations.
Session 4: Creating a Personal SanctuaryCreate your own sanctuary, a dedicated space for reflection and rejuvenation. A place you can return to again & again whenever needed, allowing you to deepen your connection with your inner self and intuition.
Session 5: Finding Freedom and PurposeDiscover what you’re ready to be free from in your life before you move forward. Then, you’ll gain clarity on exactly what you want the freedom to do, so your inner voice can guide you to the next best step or phase of your life.
Session 6: Empowered Action through Inner WisdomEmpower yourself with self-compassion and motivation rooted in your own intuition, translating clarity into action to bring your dreams into reality.
What to ExpectEach session is structured with a short introductory talk, a guided meditation, journaling time, and an opportunity to share insights and network with group participants. Sessions include 40 minutes of guided meditation and discussion, with 20 minutes for experience-sharing and questions.
Journaling: After each session, capture your insights in a journal to reinforce personal growth.
Required Equipment: Comfortable chair, bed or mat, water, journal, pen, and Kleenex.
Recommended Items: Headset, pillow, eye mask, blanket, and bolster for additional comfort.
