I will bring my own tables, chairs, coverings and displays

I understand this is an outdoor event, and I agree to bring any necessary weights, or necessary tools to secure my products, tent and display units in case of wind or weather.

I agree to carry my own insurance and am responsible for obtaining any required permits/licenses required to sell or serve my products as required by law.

I undersand all fees are non-refundable, as this is a fundraising event.

I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Petals of Hope, Where 2 Or More Gather (W2OMG Inc), volunteers and its agents from any liability, loss, or damages related to my participation.

7. Media Consent Checkbox

I grant Petals of Hope and Where 2 Or More Gather and its agents permission to photograph and/or film my participation and booth during the Wedding Market Expo, Merry Little Market or any hosted at Petals of Hope W2OMG fundraiser or event. I understand these materials may be used for promotional and fundraising purposes across print, digital, and social platforms

8. Insurance & Payment Agreement

I understand I am responsible for obtaining any required insurance, food handling certifications, or permits needed to operate as a vendor or service provider during the Wedding Market Expo and will present it when necessary. I release Petals of Hope and Where 2 Or More Gather (W2OMG, Inc.) from liability.

9. Booth Selection

10x10 Space – $75

8x8 Poolside Space (includes umbrella) – $50

Booth with Electricity – $100 (flat fee, regardless of size)
