I will not be making a financial monetary donation, instead I will be donating a product or service to The Wedding Market Expo valued at $200 or greater. (no booth expo).

I grant Petals of Hope and Where 2 Or More Gather permission to photograph and/or film my participation and booth during the Wedding Market Expo. I understand these materials may be used for promotional and fundraising purposes across print, digital, and social platforms

7. Insurance & Payment Agreement

I understand I am responsible for obtaining any required insurance, food handling certifications, or permits needed to operate as a vendor or service provider during the Wedding Market Expo and will present it when necessary. I release Petals of Hope and Where 2 Or More Gather from liability.
