Please NOTE: If you are applying to be part of The Garden Wedding Collective, and would like to participate in the Live Garden Wedding Experience, it is a 4‑hour fundraising event and is a combination bridal expo, styled shoot, that provides engaged couples a unique planning and shopping experience. It brings together wedding pros, creatives, and survivor garden artists face-to-face, sell specially curated wedding and event products, provides vendors an opportunity to book services and showcase your talents in a Real Live Wedding ceremony honoring our local Heroes in Love engaged couples.

I’m interested in being featured in the digital Garden Weddings Collective magazine and/or Petals of Hope Impact Newsletter

I’m interested in attending a Human Trafficking Awareness Training/Workshop and Petals of Hope Survivor Artisan & Entrepreneurship Sponsor

I'm interested in becoming a Called to Create Artisan instructor or Mentor (Background and live fingerprint scans required).

8. Vendor Responsibilities (Agreement Acknowledgement).

Vendors must ackledge:

I will bring my own tables, chairs, coverings and displays

I understand this is an outdoor event, and I agree to bring any necessary weights, or necessary tools to secure my products, tent and display units in case of wind or inclement weather.

I agree to carry my own insurance and am responsible for obtaining any required permits/licenses required to sell or serve my products as required by law.

I undersand all fees are non-refundable, as this is a fundraising event.

I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Petals of Hope, Where 2 Or More Gather (W2OMG Inc), volunteers property owners, and its agents from any liability, loss, or damages related to my participation.

9. Media Consent Checkbox

I grant Petals of Hope, Where 2 Or More Gather (W2OMG, INC), and its agents permission to photograph and/or film my participation and booth during the Garden Wedding Collective Experience, Creative Connections workshops, or any hosted at Petals of Hope W2OMG fundraiser or event. I understand these materials may be used for promotional and fundraising purposes across print, digital, and social platforms.

I do not wish to be photographed or video-taped.

10. Insurance & Payment Agreement

I understand I am responsible for obtaining any required insurance, food handling certifications, or permits needed to operate as a vendor or service provider during the Wedding Market Expo or any event/fundraiser, and I will present it when necessary. I release Petals of Hope and Where 2 Or More Gather (W2OMG, Inc.) from any liability.

11. BOOTH FEE: Heroes in Love "LIVE" Wedding Market Selection

I will donate a product or service valued at a minimum of $200 in lieu of the booth fee.
