Heroes in Love LIVE Garden WEDDING Market Experience?

Our Live Garden Wedding Experience is a four-hour fundraising event combining a bridal expo, styled shoot, market, and real wedding ceremony honoring a local Heroes in Love couple.

This unique wedding planning and shopping experience connects engaged couples with wedding professionals, creatives, and Survivor Garden Artists. As a participating vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Showcase your talents through a live wedding celebration

• Connect face-to-face with engaged couples and book future services

• Sell thoughtfully curated wedding and event products

• Build relationships with fellow creatives while supporting a meaningful cause.

All markets and events are fundraisers benefiting Where 2 Or More Gather (W2OMG, Inc.), supporting rescue, restoration, and empowerment for survivors of trafficking and abuse.

We ask that every vendor donate one product or service that can be used to gift honored engaged couple, or used in raffle to help raise additional funds.

6. Collaboration & Marketing Commitments

I agree to cross-promote the event on my social platforms and tag @Where2orMoreGather, @TheGardenWeddingCollective , and @PetalsofHope_SD

I’m interested in being featured in the digital Garden Weddings Collective magazine and/or Petals of Hope Impact Newsletter

I’m interested in attending a Human Trafficking Awareness Training/Workshop and Petals of Hope Survivor Artisan & Entrepreneurship Sponsor

I'm interested in becoming a Called to Create Artisan instructor or Mentor (Background and live fingerprint scans required).

7. Vendor Responsibilities (Agreement Acknowledgement).

Vendors must ackledge:

I will bring my own tables, chairs, coverings and displays

I understand this is an outdoor event, and I agree to bring any necessary weights, or necessary tools to secure my products, tent and display units in case of wind or inclement weather.

I agree to carry my own insurance and am responsible for obtaining any required permits/licenses required to sell or serve my products as required by law.

I undersand all fees are non-refundable, as this is a fundraising event.

I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Petals of Hope, Where 2 Or More Gather (W2OMG Inc), volunteers property owners, and its agents from any liability, loss, or damages related to my participation.

8. Media Consent Checkbox

I grant Petals of Hope, Where 2 Or More Gather (W2OMG, INC), and its agents permission to photograph and/or film my participation and booth during the Garden Wedding Collective Experience, Creative Connections workshops, or any hosted at Petals of Hope W2OMG fundraiser or event. I understand these materials may be used for promotional and fundraising purposes across print, digital, and social platforms.

I do not wish to be photographed or video-taped.

9. Insurance & Payment Agreement

I understand I am responsible for obtaining any required insurance, food handling certifications, or permits needed to operate as a vendor or service provider during the Wedding Market Expo or any event/fundraiser, and I will present it when necessary. I release Petals of Hope and Where 2 Or More Gather (W2OMG, Inc.) from any liability.

10. BOOTH FEE: If selected to participate in Heroes in Love "LIVE" Wedding Market link to booth fee will be sent

I will donate a product or service valued at a minimum of $200 in lieu of the booth fee.

8x8 Poolside Space (includes umbrella) – $75

11. BOOTH FEE: Petals of Hope Garden Artisan Marketplace booth fee link will be sent if selected as vendor

I will donate a product or service for Fundraising Raffle
