Please NOTE: If you are applying to be part of our seasonal Live Wedding Market expos, it is a 4‑hour fundraising expo, styled shoot that provides engaged couples a unique wedding planning and shopping experience that brings together wedding pros, creatives, and survivor artisans to buy your products, book your services and gives you the opportunity to showcase your talents in a Real Live wedding ceremony honoring our local Heroes in Love engaged couples.

I will bring my own tables, chairs, coverings and displays

I understand this is an outdoor event, and I agree to bring any necessary weights, or necessary tools to secure my products, tent and display units in case of wind or weather.

I agree to carry my own insurance and am responsible for obtaining any required permits/licenses required to sell or serve my products as required by law.

I undersand all fees are non-refundable, as this is a fundraising event.

I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Petals of Hope, Where 2 Or More Gather (W2OMG Inc), volunteers and its agents from any liability, loss, or damages related to my participation.

7. Media Consent Checkbox

I grant Petals of Hope and Where 2 Or More Gather and its agents permission to photograph and/or film my participation and booth during the Wedding Market Expo, Creative Connections workshops, or any hosted at Petals of Hope W2OMG fundraiser or event. I understand these materials may be used for promotional and fundraising purposes across print, digital, and social platforms.

8. Insurance & Payment Agreement

I understand I am responsible for obtaining any required insurance, food handling certifications, or permits needed to operate as a vendor or service provider during the Wedding Market Expo or any event/fundraiser, and I will present it when necessary. I release Petals of Hope and Where 2 Or More Gather (W2OMG, Inc.) from any liability.

9. Booth Selection

I will donate a product or service valued at a minimum of $200 in lieu of the booth fee.

10x10 Space – $75

8x8 Poolside Space (includes umbrella) – $50

Booth with Electricity – $100 (flat fee, regardless of size)
