Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Your input will help improve public services used when planning for end-of-life or after somebody has passed.
By public services, we mean government and state-run services you may need to deal with such as:
• Managing a passed person’s estate through the courts
• Applying for social welfare payments, like a widow’s pension
We know that death is a deeply personal experience, and that dealing with practical matters during a time of grief can often add stress instead of easing it. By hearing about your experiences, we hope to learn how these processes could be made simpler and more thoughtful during such a difficult time.
