Automations Specialist

Philippines Full-Time

At Ecomflow we help some of the fastest-growing e-commerce brands manage fulfillment and logistics from China to the world. We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Automations Specialist who can build powerful automations, streamline operations, and support our internal systems.


About the Role


This is a technology-focused role where you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining automations across various platforms, primarily using Zapier and GoHighLevel . You’ll work closely with operations, onboarding, customer support, and leadership teams to improve workflows, reduce manual tasks, and solve inefficiencies.

You’ll also be expected to have a good sense of design and UX , creating clean dashboards, email flows, forms, and landing pages that are not just functional, but also look polished and user-friendly.

What You'll Do
-Build and manage automations using Zapier, GoHighLevel (GHL), Make (Integromat), etc.
-Create smooth workflows that connect Shopify, CRMs, forms, dashboards, calendars, and more
-Troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and improve automation efficiency
-Support internal teams by automating reports, notifications, and processes
-Design clean and functional landing pages, dashboards, and email templates
-Help improve the tech stack and support integration projects
Requirements
-Experienced in Zapier and GHL – this is a must
-Familiar with tools like Make/Integromat, Google Sheets, CRMs, APIs
-Able to create well-designed, user-friendly layouts (Canva, Figma, or similar)
-Fast, organized, and comfortable managing multiple automations
-Proactive mindset – you see a problem and fix it
-Great English communication – both written and spoken
