Are you here because the Dumbify widget is not appearing in the widget list? If so, the easiest way to fix this is by going to your iPhone Settings App > General > Language & Region. Then select "Add Language". Change the language to another English language like English (UK). Once the device language changes, simply change the language back to what it was before.
