Working Student - Project Management: Tech & Business Interface

We are looking for a Project Management Working Student to work directly with the Program Manager and help drive the next phase of growth at NEX Aero.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and business, supporting everything from daily program management to budget planning and scheduling to business and cost case development. At NEX Aero, this isn't just about making plans, it's about executing them to bring a real product to our customers.

YOUR MISSION/RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support cross-functional project coordination between engineering, product, and business
- Assist in defining and tracking project plans and deliverables ​
- Support budgeting, costing and scheduling activities for our product development
- Assist in building a product cost and business case, and conduct market research to validate key business assumptions
- Prepare presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Help structure and optimize processes at the interface between tech and business - Support to push our technical projects over the finish line and build long-term plans for a successful product

YOUR PROFILE

-Currently enrolled in a degree program in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
-Previous experience from internships or working student roles in project management, consulting, or similar interface functions
-Strong organizational and analytical skills - you bring clarity to complexity
-Confident using Power Point and Excel to create structured, data-driven content
-Proactive and independent working style - you take ownership and drive progress -Technically curious, adaptable, and comfortable working with ambiguity -Strong communication skills and fluency in English; C1-level German is required
