- Record minutes during team meetings
- Add deadlines and important dates (meetings, events, etc.) to the team’s shared calendar
- Organize and store all Operations documents effectively using recommended platforms
- Assist in planning and executing logistical aspects of events and initiatives
- Support Hospitality Coordinator with inventory management and procurement of necessary supplies
- Assist in volunteer coordination and scheduling for operational tasks
- Attend team meetings bi-weekly and as needed (as determined by your team director). *Please note that meetings will occur more frequently during event planning and execution periods.
