Community-Generated Reports
The NOMAD List is a platform that stores and organizes incident reports submitted by individuals within the martial arts and grappling community. All reports are community-generated and reflect the statements, accounts, or concerns of the individuals who submitted them. These reports are not verified, endorsed, or presented as factual findings by NOMAD Grappling Team.
No Representation of Truth or Opinion
NOMAD Grappling Team does not claim, suggest, or imply that the contents of any report are true, accurate, or complete. The inclusion or storage of a report in The NOMAD List does not reflect the beliefs, opinions, or assertions of NOMAD Grappling Team, its affiliates, coaches, or representatives.
Purpose of the List
The sole purpose of The NOMAD List is to centralize conversations related to community-reported incidents and to share relevant information with appropriate discretion, in an effort to prioritize the safety, well-being, and awareness of all community members.
Confidentiality
All reports and submissions will be handled with discretion and kept as confidential as reasonably possible. NOMAD Grappling Team will not publicly disclose identifying information about any reporter or subject without consent, except as required by law or pursuant to a valid subpoena issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
No Liability
By submitting to or inquiring about The NOMAD List, you agree that NOMAD Grappling Team bears no legal responsibility or liability for the content of any report submitted by third parties. NOMAD Grappling Team is not responsible for the actions of any individual, gym, or organization named in any report, nor for any consequences arising from the storage, review, or discretionary sharing of such reports.
Consent to Participate
By participating, you consent to NOMAD Grappling Team storing your submission and, where deemed appropriate, sharing it with trusted individuals, organizations, or authorities. You also agree not to misuse or misrepresent information obtained from the List.
Voluntary Engagement & Removal
Your engagement with The NOMAD List is entirely voluntary. You may request the removal of your own submission at any time by contacting us directly. NOMAD Grappling Team reserves the right to maintain or remove reports at its discretion to protect the safety and integrity of the community.
