Policies

Please ensure that you read my policies in full, and let me know if you have any questions. These policies are enforced to ensure that I'm able to continue to do hair services, and give you a wonderful experience while in salon. For all appointments to be confirmed, there must be a valid credit card on file.

CANCELLATIONS:

More than 48 hours notice for any changes is required, otherwise a fee of 50% of the service will be charged. Cancelling within 24 hours or not showing up will result in the full service being charged. I am unable to make exceptions to this policy.

LATENESS:

Arriving 15 minutes late or longer may be considered as a no show as per the cancellation policy above. I will do my best to accommodate a reduced service within the remaining timeframe if possible, however the full service price will apply.

ILLNESS:

If you have symptoms of cold or flu at your appointment time, you'll be required to wear a surgical mask or reschedule (at the discretion of Diana). 

KIND SPACES:

I ask that you be mindful of the energy you bring into the studio. This is a positive space and I want to ensure it remains that way. Any behaviour that is disrespectful or aggressive will not be tolerated.
