As we continue to innovate and expand, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and supporting marketing and growth initiatives to engage our user base.
Assist customers in onboarding to our platform, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of our products.
- Monitor customer engagement and usage patterns, proactively reaching out to users who may need assistance or guidance to maximize product adoption and growth.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Support marketing and growth initiatives by helping customers optimize their use of our products, providing education on new features, best practices, and solutions that drive user engagement.
- Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the tech, marketing, and growth teams to refine user experience and identify new opportunities.
- Report to the Operations Lead and communicate with other team members to improve workflows, documentation, and overall customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or customer engagement roles, preferably with B2B SaaS or tech products.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Should be comfortable having multiple calls a day in English.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive problem solver, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Interest in learning about crypto, DeFi, and Web3, with a desire to grow your knowledge and skillset in this area.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL and data tools like Redash for reporting and analysis.
