Job Description:
Seeking a highly skilled NLP Engineer. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience working with Transformers technology, LLM; graduated from a tier-1 college like IIT, IIIT, BITS.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement NLP models using state-of-the-art techniques, such as Transformers.
- Conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of NLP models and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex NLP problems.
- Participate in the design and development of NLP systems and applications.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP technology and apply them to improve our products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a tier 1 college like IIT, IIIT, BITS.
- 1-3 years of experience in NLP and machine learning.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, such as sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and text classification.
- Experience in working with Transformers technology, LLM, and other NLP libraries and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
- Familiarity with deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
Compensation:
INR 25LPA - 35LPA + ESOP + Bonus
