Project Haven ~ HR & Culture Director

You’ll help shape the soul of Haven — not just policies or checklists, but how people when they’re part of something meaningful. You’ll be the person who makes sure our volunteers feel grounded, valued, and inspired to grow. You’ll lead check-ins, design supportive spaces, and model what compassionate leadership looks like.
You don’t need HR experience — just emotional intelligence, organizational flow, and a love for people who care deeply.
