How to Break In: READER-PALOOZA!!

We're looking to hear from folks who work as readers at lit mags for a special How to Break In that we may or may not be calling READER-PALOOZA. Volunteering as a reader can be a great in for people wanting to get more involved in the world of lit mags. And, well, you're the experts.
Now for a little housekeeping: This is a quick Q&A with no follow-up (unlike the usual How to Break In). Selected readers will get a three-month comp to Sub Club. We will reach out to let you know you have been selected before your answers go live.
P.S. If you've already submitted an entry for the usual How to Break In and haven't been selected, please feel free to submit your answers again. We'd love to hear from you!
