Graphic Designer
E-Club is looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape our visual identity. From posters and presentations to social media graphics, your designs will be key in capturing attention and representing the spirit of E-Club.

In this role, you’ll design creative assets for marketing campaigns, events, and online content. You’ll work closely with the social media and outreach teams to ensure visuals are engaging and consistent across platforms. You’ll also have room to experiment with new design styles and branding ideas that make E-Club stand out.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about design who wants to develop their creative portfolio while working on real-world projects. It’s a great opportunity for students studying design, marketing, or related fields — or anyone eager to bring their creativity to a leadership setting.

Photographer

E-Club is looking for a Photographer to capture the energy and creativity of our events. From workshops to speaker sessions to socials, your photos will help preserve memories and showcase the best moments of our community.

In this role, you’ll document E-Club’s activities through high-quality photography, work with the marketing team to provide visuals for social media and promotions, and help create a library of content that reflects the culture of the club. You’ll be trusted to capture candid moments as well as posed group shots that highlight our members and guests.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for photography who wants to sharpen their skills and build their portfolio. It’s also a great fit for anyone who enjoys documenting campus life and contributing creatively to an energetic team.

Videographer

E-Club is looking for a Videographer to help us tell our story through engaging video content. Video is one of the most powerful ways we share the energy of our community, and your work will help bring our events and culture to life.

In this role, you’ll film and edit content from workshops, speaker sessions, and socials, as well as create promotional materials for campaigns and social media. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and events teams to capture dynamic footage that reflects the creativity and impact of E-Club. You’ll also have opportunities to experiment with formats such as interviews, highlight reels, or short-form content.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling and comfortable behind the camera and in the editing suite. It’s a great opportunity for students interested in film, digital media, or marketing who want to develop their video portfolio while contributing to a vibrant student organization.

Social Media Manager & Personality

E-Club is looking for a Social Media Manager to help us share our story and highlight the amazing things happening in our community. Your work will be key in engaging our members and attracting new audiences online.

In this role, you’ll manage E-Club’s social media accounts, create original content, and collaborate with other teams to promote events and initiatives. You’ll also serve as a “personality” for the club, helping bring authenticity and energy to our online presence through posts, stories, and interactive content.

This role is ideal for someone who loves content creation and community engagement. It’s a great opportunity for students interested in marketing, media, or communications who want hands-on experience building a brand voice and online presence.

Web Developer

The Entrepreneurship Club at Virginia Tech (E-Club) is looking for a Web Developer to maintain and grow our digital presence. Our website is one of the first places people learn about us, and we want it to reflect the energy, professionalism, and creativity of our community. In this role, you’ll be responsible for updating and improving the E-Club website, making sure it’s user-friendly, accessible, and visually aligned with our branding. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and design teams to post event details, feature stories, and integrate multimedia. There will also be opportunities to build and deploy a wide range of new features, so we need someone competent, reliable, and ready to take initiative.

This role is ideal for someone with technical skills in web development who enjoys solving problems and creating digital experiences. It’s a great opportunity for a student who wants to expand their portfolio while leaving a lasting mark on E-Club’s online presence.

Journalist

E-Club is looking for a Journalist to share the voices, ideas, and stories that define our community. Writing is a powerful way to capture the creativity and impact of E-Club, and your work will help us connect with audiences on and off campus.

In this role, you’ll write event recaps, conduct interviews with guest speakers and members, and craft articles that highlight E-Club’s culture and accomplishments. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to ensure stories are shared across platforms and reach the right audiences.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, interviewing, and storytelling. It’s a great opportunity for students interested in journalism, communications, or public relations who want to gain experience and build their portfolio.
