🌟 About the Role:
Vrit Technologies is on the hunt for a Product Growth Associate — someone who’s equal parts hustler, storyteller, and problem-solver. You’ll be working on Sanitize Email (our SaaS product) and will play a hands-on role in customer acquisition, product adoption, and retention.
This isn’t your typical 9-to-5 "wait-for-instructions" role. If you’re the kind of person who can pitch on a call, create engaging tutorials, send cold emails that convert, and think like a growth hacker, we want you on our team.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
◉ Pitch and demo Sanitize Email to potential customers with confidence.
◉ Run outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) that actually get replies.
◉ Create tutorials, walkthroughs, and demos that make the product shine.
◉ Write engaging content (blogs, guides, case studies) that drives awareness.
◉ Support customer onboarding and retention by making SaaS adoption smooth.
◉ Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to execute growth experiments.
◉ Analyze user behavior and feedback to recommend product improvements.
◉ Wear multiple hats — from sales to content to customer success — and thrive in it.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
◉ 1–2 years of experience in product growth, sales, marketing, or SaaS-related roles (freshers with hustle are welcome too).
◉ Strong communication skills — comfortable talking to anyone, anytime.
◉ Content creation skills: able to simplify complex topics into engaging formats.
◉ A self-starter mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and quick to figure things out.
◉ Basic understanding of SaaS growth, funnels, or customer success is a plus.
◉ Comfortable experimenting, failing fast, and iterating quickly.
