Every person who adopts from the Wisconsin Humane Society goes home with an Adoption Envelope filled with their new pet's medical records, behavioral support resources, and information about services at WHS and beyond. While helping their new companion adjust to their home, the Adoption Envelope will be the first place they look for resources and recommendations.
Advertisers have two options: including a physical insert in our Adoption Envelopes and/or including a coupon in our Digital Coupon Book. There is no size requirement for advertiser inserts, so you are able to stuff in any existing promotional materials you already have on hand, up to 8.5x11, or create something new. Inserts must be printed and provided by the business. WHS facilitates roughly 13,000 adoptions every year between our 6 campuses and off-site adoption centers, making the Adoption Envelope a perfect vehicle for reaching thousands of potential customers while supporting the animals and people served by the Wisconsin Humane Society.
In addition to the Adoption Envelope, every client receives a "Congratulations" text and email after adopting which outlines all the perks of being a WHS adopter, including a Digital Coupon Book (new in 2024!). This is an exciting opportunity to drive new customers to your business while showing your support for shelter animals. The digital coupon book is not location-specific and will be distributed to all ~13,000 adopters across our 6 communities.

I understand I will need to provide physical, printed inserts and/or digital coupon ad files by December 8, 2023, to be included in WHS adoption materials beginning January 1, 2024.
