As a disclaimer, I do have a medical disability that causes unpredictable disruptions. If you would like to work with me, I encourage you to book with some wiggle room of an extra two weeks. All of my work is hand-drawn and mixed media, without the use of Artificial intelligence (AI) at any stage of the process. I also do not work on any projects involving AI at any point in the process.  I also do not work on covers with underage characters with on page "spice". Included Publishing Licensing
Upon full payment of the Fee, the Artist hereby grants to the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final Design solely for publishing purposes, including print and digital publication. The Client shall not derive profit from the final Design beyond its initial publishing use. This license does not include worldwide rights and shall not extend to translated or international editions without separate written agreement. The Client may use the Work for promotional and marketing purposes, provided that such materials are not sold or otherwise exchanged for monetary value.
License Choices
Worldwide Licensing (foreign translation cover rights) The Client shall have worldwide rights, including the right to reproduce and distribute translated or localized versions of the final Design. During the term of this license, the Artist shall not license the final Design to any other third-party. This license includes worldwide rights and extends to translated or international editions.
Commercial Licensing
Upon payment of the additional licensing fee, the Artist grants the Client a non-exclusive commercial license to use and profit from the final Design beyond standard publishing purposes. This license includes the right to create and distribute commercial and promotional materials, including merchandise, packaging, and bundled goods of value. This license does not include worldwide or translation rights; separate licensing shall be required for additional territories or language editions.
Copyright License
Upon full payment of the additional licensing fee, the Artist agrees to transfer all rights, title, and interest in and to the final Design to the Client. This transfer includes all copyright and economic rights, as well as all rights to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or license the final Design worldwide and in perpetuity. Following the transfer, the Artist retains no ownership or usage rights to the final Design, except where explicitly permitted in writing by the Client. The Artist waives all claims to additional compensation or royalties arising from the Client’s future use of the final Design.
