Call for VOLUNTEERS for EUDIS Defence Hackathon 2025

Hello & welcome to a really cool experience if you want to help the Local Team (formed from ROTSA & Techcelerator) into organizing the EUDIS Defence Hackathon 2025, on 17-19 th of October, in Bucharest.

The hackathon will bring together innovators, students, and professionals to design solutions for Europe’s future in defence and security.

What will volunteers do:

- Support participants during registration & logistics

- Assist mentors, jury, and speakers

- Help with communications & social media during the event

- Ensure smooth coordination on-site (rooms, equipment, breaks, networking)
