π All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
π Regular classes follow a fixed weekly schedule. Attendance is the studentβs responsibility.
π Missed classes are not refundable and not automatically replaceable.
π As a goodwill policy, one (1) makeup class per month may be allowed only if:
notice is given at least 24 hours in advance, and the makeup is completed within the same month.
π Missed classes without prior notice are forfeited.
π Payment must be made in full before the first class or by the 1st of each month for ongoing sessions.
π Payments are accepted via bank transfer, cash, or online methods.
π If a class is cancelled by the studio, a replacement class or credit will be provided.
