EfVET Youth Conference 2025 - Expression of Interest

The EfVET Youth Conference 2025 will take place alongside the EfVET Annual Conference in Fátima, Portugal, from 22 to 25 October 2025. .
The Youth Conference offers students the chance to meet peers from different countries, work in international teams, and engage in activities that culminate in a final pitch on “My Future,” addressing the balance between wellbeing and the digitalised world. The programme will include workshops, team-building activities, and a field visit, all designed to inspire creativity, teamwork, and reflection.
Relevant information:
- Participation fee: € 150 per participant (covers for accommodation, meals and participation to the activities).
- Eligible students must be 16–22 years old, currently enrolled in an EfVET member school.
- The required English level is B1–B2 (CEFR). All activities will be conducted in English.
- The Youth Conference will be carried out in English.
- Participants must commit to taking part in all activities and to working in mixed international teams.
This form is not a direct registration, but an expression of interest. The form will close on Friday, 19 September 2025, after which confirmations will be communicated to selected participants. Final selection will be done looking to balance countries of origin, and taking into consideration the educational sectors and date of the submission.
