Emote Commission Form

Thank you for looking at my emote commissions! If you're interested in having me create emotes for you, please fill out the form below and I'll get back to you asap!

PRICING

EMOTE: $29/EACH (*Large or complex orders may be priced differently. Any pricing changes from those listed here will be communicated to you prior to progressing with the commission process)

ADD-ONS

CUTTING / LAYER SEPARATION: +$10/EACH

COMMERCIAL USE: +ADDITIONAL FEE (*Commercial use is NOT required for using emotes on monetized Twitch / YouTube Channels) (*I will follow up with you regarding your use case and provide a custom quote depending on what you need!)

PRIVATE COMMISSION: +10% OF TOTAL COST

If your price requires modification from those listed here either due to complexity, order size, or commercial use being included, you will be notified of any required adjustments and provided a final quote prior to proceeding with accepting your commission request!

PAYMENT

Payment by Stripe, via Artistree (*Stripe is the same payment processor used for Throne, VGen Payments, etc)

Payment must be made in-full prior to work beginning on the commission.

Commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE once work has begun

REVISIONS

Included Revisions:

- Two (2) Revisions during the draft phase - One (1) Minor Revision during final approval (*Revisions that require a re-draw or major alternation will require an additional fee)

- Additional Revisions will be charged a fee depending on the complexity of the request.

TIMELINE & DELIVERY

Delivery timeline is dependent on the complexity of your request, and amount of emotes. I will communicate to you an expected timeline when accepting your request!

Files will be delivered as PNG in 4 sizes, at 300 DPI - 28x28 - 56x56 - 112x112 - 300x300

COMMISSION PROCESS

I use Artistree as my commission platform that provides a central location for messaging, file delivery & approval, and payment processing. Payments go directly through Artistree via Stripe, and none of your information is shared to me!

After submitting a request, I may follow up with you for additional information if needed before making a decision on accepting a request. If no additional information is needed, you will receive a notice of your request being submitted on Artistree, with a link for you to see the submitted request, as well as access to the commission messaging system. I kindly request that all communication and commission actions take place solely on Artistree (doing so ensures that there's a full record of communication and activity for both sides that Artistree is able to use if they need to resolve any issues!

Further actions such as WIP updates for approval, revision requests, and final delivery will all occur via Artistree, with an email notification being delivered to you any time there's a new update or message for you!

• I may decline a commission request for any reason.

• I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork, and may use it in my portfolio, on social media, etc.

• You may use the emotes for personal, non-commercial use - unless a commercial use license has been purchased.

• Payment is required in full prior to work beginning on your commission.

• NO REFUNDS once work has begun.

• Designs may be simplified for readability purposes.

• Emote Attribution is required.

• ❌ NO INAPPROPRIATE USE (hateful, discriminatory, or harmful in any way to anyone) ❌

• ❌ ARTWORK MAY NOT BE ALTERED, REPRODUCED, TRACED, OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY WITHOUT EXPLICIT PERMISSION ❌

• ✅ You (or another artist) may alter an emote *strictly for animation purposes* regardless of if you have purchased layer separation & cutting services ✅

"Personal Use" covers all normal use of emotes, including use on monetized Twitch & YouTube Channels. Commercial Use is required if you will be using the emotes to produce merchandise, sell art incorporating the artwork, etc.

Add Commission Privacy?

You may request a private commission for an additional fee (+10% of total cost) if you wish for me to not post or stream any work on your commission. With a private commission, I will not display any part of the commission prior to your own public display of the artwork. Without Commission Privacy, I may share my work on the commission on social media, or stream the process.

Additional Information

By submitting this commission request, you agree to abide by the terms of service as written here at the time of your submission. A copy of these terms will remain available here, on Artistree, as well as a truncated version attached directly to your commission page on Artistree.

If I must decline your request, you will be notified via email as soon as possible.

If I need any additional information, or if your request requires a custom price quote, I will reach out to you prior to accepting your request!

If your request is accepted, you will receive emails notifying you that your request has been created, and accepted, via Artistree. These emails will contain your link to your commission page where you will be able to see progress, approve drafts, send and receive messages about your commission, and receive your final files.

Upon acceptance, you will be able to submit payment via your Artistree link and your commission will be in progress!
