Cultivate Picnics

Welcome to Cultivate Picnics. We are here to cater to all your luxury picnic needs - from birthday parties and proposals to bridal showers and brand activations. We are based in Cape Town and surrounding areas. Our team can’t wait to make your event dreams come true!

Our operating hours are 7 days a week from 9 am to 9pm for the picnic setups. Our office hours are 9am till 5pm. Each picnic duration is up to 3 hours.

We are closing for the winter period and will reopen on 1 August 2026.

Should you submit any requests during this time, we will still get back to you throughout the closure period; however, please expect delayed response times.

Payment:
- We require 50% deposit upon booking to secure the booking and remaining balance a week before the booking. 

Important Notice:
- To book a table of 20 people or more please email us at events@cultivatepicnics.com
- Big groups of 20 people or more will have an additional labour fee due to the increase in labour.
- Please note that no refunds are issued on picnics.
