House Rules & Property Care

I acknowledge that Little White Dogs RiverHouse Suites is a privately owned residence and agree to respect the property, furnishings, other guests, and designated private areas.

I agree to follow the property's rules regarding noise, smoking, parking, garbage, recycling, and cleanliness. I understand that reasonable, documented charges may apply for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning, subject to applicable law and booking platform policies.

Working Studio & Adult-Themed Merchandise Disclosure

I understand that access to my suite is through a separate, privately operated 3D printing studio.

The studio produces and displays custom products, souvenirs, and humorous adult-themed novelty merchandise. Some items may contain mature humour or imagery that guests could find offensive.

I acknowledge that these items may be visible when entering or exiting the property. I agree to use designated guest-access areas and not touch studio equipment, inventory, or merchandise.

Hot Tub Safety & Guest Responsibility

I understand that the outdoor hot tub is a shared amenity available by advance reservation.

I agree to follow posted hot tub rules, including proper swimwear, no glass containers, showering before use, and no children under 12.

I understand that hot tub use involves risks, including slipping, overheating, and injury. I agree to exercise appropriate care and follow all safety instructions.

This acknowledgment does not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Damage & Incidental Responsibility

I understand that I am responsible for reporting accidental damage during my stay.

I acknowledge that reasonable, documented costs may be charged for damage, missing property, or cleaning beyond normal guest turnover, where permitted by applicable law and booking platform policies.

I understand that this agreement does not itself authorize a credit card pre-authorization or automatic payment.
