Nominate yourself or a loved one to receive community support during the fourth trimester.
We only serve Horsham and its surrounds (up to 30 minutes from Horsham). If the person you are nominating lives outside this service area, we may still be able to help. For example, you or someone you know could collect and deliver the support package, or we can arrange to meet halfway.
There is a minimum contribution of $50 to help make this service possible. This gives us the opportunity to add any missing items to the care package before delivery.
